In the early hours of this morning, members of the Armed forces came together in Central London for a full dress rehearsal of Her Majesty The Queen’s funeral.
The early morning rehearsal took place in Wellington Barracks, moved to Buckingham Palace and then proceeded round the route to Westminster.
Her Majesty The Queen maintained a special relationship with the Armed Forces throughout her life, having previously served as part of the Auxiliary Territorial Service (ATS) in 1945.
