C Squadron are currently attached to the US-led Battlegroup in Poland, as part of NATOs Enhanced Forward Presence (EFP).
The UK Armed Forces have a leading role in NATO’s Enhanced Forward Presence (EFP) in the Baltic States to enhance Euro-Atlantic security, reassure our Allies and deter our adversaries. This deployment is called Operation CABRIT.
The Light Dragoons is a light cavalry regiment. It used to be fast horses that helped these multi-skilled soldiers cover the battlefield quickly — today it’s the Jackal 2 armoured vehicle.
